TLBC carried out a full refurbishment, loft conversion, back and side extension to a semidetached terrace. Also had a complete rewire, new central heating throughout, hard landscaping garden and an outhouse.

The house hadn't been worked on since the 1970s.

Freddie completed a significant building project on our house in 2021, adding a beautiful kitchen extension as well as digging out our garden and laying a large patio and retaining walls to the rear. He is great to work with and is very hands on with his team. He has an eye for detail, he's straight talking/no nonsense and keeps his promises. While our project ran a little longer than expected (due to covid issues outside of everyone's control), we had no unexpected surprises and communication was great throughout. Freddie and his team are excellent to work with and I fully recommend them. They do things fairly and professionally and their workmanship is very high. We have had our extension for over and year and remain to be very happy with all work completed. What makes Freddie so successful is the fact he dedicates himself to communicating clearly, responding to all queries I had and also spends his time quality checking the work of all his team. He runs the business really well and knows customer service is everything. Most of his work I’m sure is through recommendation.

Freddie and his team at the London Building Company were brilliant to work with. Freddie project managed the job and took as much stress away from us as possible. He also has a keep eye for the finished product so is really helpful with guiding on design decisions if/when we were having difficulty. It was the 2nd project they completed for us and we wouldn’t work with any other builders again.

The London Building Company built my side return extension in the summer of 2022. Freddie, who runs the company is very reliable and a great project manager. He is also helpful in advising on design. My extension turned out wonderfully thanks to his contribution. The building team are skilled, reliable and personable. The build was done to time and cost. The snagging work was completed without any complaint or problem. I can highly recommend the London Building Company.
